Here are some paddling opportunities in Michigan with the Lansing Oar and Paddle Club. We often have other Clubs on our trips.

2009 Rivers in Michigan

April 24 - 26 Ford River and East Branch of the Ontonagon River
Class II – III daytrips. South and West Branches of the Ontonagon River Overnight. M-28 (Ewen) to Victoria Falls. Class II – III whitewater with overnight camping on the river in the bush.

May 30 - 31 Boardman River, MI

Aug 1 – 8 Au Sable River from Grayling to Oscoda
Self-contained continuous travel the entire route

Aug 29 – 30 10th Annual Family Canoe Trip, Platte River, MI

Sep 18 – 20 Les Cheneaux Islands, UP

Oct 10 – 11 3rd Annual PRiBCO
Pine River Base Camp Overnight with camping at Peterson Bridge NFCG, Coolwater Campground (prvt), or Pine River Paddlesports Campground (prvt).

Nov 27 19th Annual Turkey Float (Friday) TBD

Dec 24 16th Annual Christmas Eve Morning Float (Thursday) TBD
